Online customer services:
All questions and concern regarding orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 24hrs for a response.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If your hair is not in stock, we will advise you immediately. Please allow 24-48hrs for in-stock orders to be shipped if placed Monday-Friday.
Once you receive your tracking number please allow 24 hours to see tracking updates. Packages that are returned due to an incomplete shipping address, refusal, or missed delivery will incur a $25 restocking fee.
All packages are fully insured against lost/stolen items while in transit with the carrier. If you live in an unsecured location or do not want your package to be left by USPS in the event you aren't home please select USPS Priority Mail with signature mail.
Exchange Only Policy
All sales are FINAL once hair has been installed. We do offer exchanges, as long as the hair has not been installed or used in any way. Hair must be returned to Shy’s Virgin Hair with the original packaging within 72hrs of receipt. Customer MUST email a copy of shipping receipt and tracking number to email@example.com.
Products may be exchanged at Shy’s Virgin Hair’s sole discretion, with these conditions:
- Requests must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s).
- Any exchange requested after 3 business days of receiving the product will not be honored.
- We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (unraveled, colored, washed, brushed, combed or cut) in any way. Please be advised that washing, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, brushing, combing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Exchange Policy.
- In order to process an exchange, the shipping will be at your expense. If after careful review, the quality was not to our standard we will exchange the item and issue you a credit for your shipping fee as well as sending a replacement (of equal or lesser value) to you at no cost via ground shipping. The product MUST be in the original unused condition.
- If the customer selects to exchange the product for one of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item
- Exchanges are limited to one exchanges per order. No refunds will be permitted, if it is determined that Shy’s Virgin Hair, is the party at fault due to a fulfillment error, then we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
*If an incorrect product was sent to you we will send you a return label for the merchandise you received. Once we have received it, in the original condition, we will send an immediate replacement.
According to the Federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If your order is in the "awaiting fulfillment" stage and you request cancellation a $25 restocking fee will apply. Please text us at 516-642-7663 or email us at Shysvirginhair.com ASAP Do not use the contact us form!
We cannot change or ship to an alternate address once the order has been placed.
All canceled orders (regardless of the amount) will be charged a NONREFUNDABLE restocking fee of $25.
Please inspect and co wash your hair thoroughly before installation.
Our virgin hair has been separated into three categories: straight, curly, and wavy. Each bundle is from a distinct individual. And vary from natural black to natural brown. The photos on our social media reflect the typical texture of a bundle in each category. The hair you receive may vary slightly.
